In early September, NOMEX did a trade mission to Seoul, South Korea, organised by ExMS. It was a highly successful trade mission, where we brought a Nordic delegation from the music industry on numerous visits to key Korean companies such as SM Entertainment, Kreation Music Rights, CUBE Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, Warner Chappell, and more. We gained valuable insights into the Korean market, particularly in K-Pop, and what they are looking for in our songwriters!

Together with the Swedish embassy, we hosted a reception at the Swedish ambassador's residence for the Korean industry. At the end of the week the delegation attended the MU:CON conference, where they had many good connections with the Korean industry. We also organized a Nordic mixer in collaboration with MU:CON for all delegates at the conference.
